The holidays are always times to celebrate and remember special occasions. Name brands use these occasions to design and release new models related to the specific holiday. Adidas has recently launched the Superstar II with which to celebrate Christmas. The sneakers picture here will supposedly be released on a very special holiday, Valentine’s Day 2010. Nike has designed for this occasion the Nike Court Force and the Vandal. Both are ankle high models. The Nike Court Force sneaker’s uppers are a combination of patented leather and plaid. Nike has also included in this design a blue attachment under the lace area which gives it a special look and creates a great effect combined with the remaining patterns. The tongue is decorated with a golden heart exquisitely designed, a true Nike success. The Vandal has a very nice black and gray plaid pattern on the toe box and mid panels which give it a very different and new look. To finish these designs it is worth mentioning that the Nike Court Force has a white swoosh with a black background and the Vandal has a red swoosh with a patterned and white background. Both are worth considering as gifts for your “other half” during Valentine’s Day 2010.
