Many faces found their way onto the base of Nike shoes one of which is notably the Dunks TTK designed by the name of Georgie Poorgie Customs High which were an inspiration taken from George W. Bush. These Custom Nike Dunk High Dunks which he completed in July earned him a winning position in the Funkmaster Flex Car Show/ Custom Sneaker Battle of 2007 that took place at Hartford, CT. The base is constructed in green leather, it also show cases a desert camo design around the toe box and lace tab while the toe box is in dark brown along with the brown and red laces. The two sneakers hold two different posed portraits of George Bush, one shows him saying “capitOILism” in the white added speech bubble next to him, while the other shows him holding a gas canister and the text “IRAQI FREEDOM AINT FREEIRAQI FREEDOM AINT FREE” in red and black. Another noticeable thing is the gold outline all around the bush figures as well as the gold dollar symbols all around both of Bush’s portraits. The Custom Nike Dunk High sneaker have a simple look to it and really reflect out something inspired from George W.
